How to prevent or treat hair loss

Who will be bald?

No In fact, some people prefer it, but that's the question: it's a choice for these people. For others it is not an opportunity to lose hair, it just happens. So how to prevent hair loss?

THE EASY STEP FOR STEP GUIDE TO PREVENT HAIR LOSS

These steps work for both men and women!

1. Wash your hair with shampoo. That sounds obvious, doesn't it? It's not just about shampoo, it's about the brand of shampoo and how often you do it. Wash your hair with shampoo no more than 4 times a week and no less than 3 times a week. Make sure you use a trusted shampoo (be it a pharmacy or a quality salon that is not old. Believe me, there are people who use shampoos that are 3 or even 4 years old! I recommend using Kerastase for salon quality , and Garnier for Pharmacy.

2. Pre-condition your hair: condition your hair no more than 3 times a week. If you have severe hair loss, you may want to skip the condition completely, or just apply it to the ends of your hair and avoid the roots.

3. Use an antimycotisol: I recommend using a product with Ketoconazole, an antimycotic agent. Nizoral works very well. The reason why it is important to use a fungicide is that normal hair loss is due to normal fungi living in our roots. So, to reduce even the normal consequences, you will need to use an antimycot regularly depending on your hair. For some, Nizoral can dry their hair. For me, however, Nizoral makes my hair look more silky, so I use it before every time I wash my shampoo.

4. Air Dry Your Hair: You can dry your hair with a towel, but be careful not to keep your hair wrapped in a towel as they may get trapped.

5. Avoid hot tools: this includes hair dryer. It is better not to use hot rollers, curling irons and straighteners. For some people who love to comb their hair, this can be tricky, so avoid hot tools near the scalp as much as possible.

6. Be gentle with your hair: A good reason for hair loss that many people do not realize is by brushing your hair vigorously. Use a soft hairbrush or a wide toothbrush.

7. Medical checkup: If hair loss is severe and disturbing, it is worth consulting a doctor. Sometimes a hormonal imbalance can be the cause. For example, if your thyroid hormone levels are low, taking thyroxine can dramatically reduce the consequences.

8. Supplements and Diet: When I see patients on a diet, they often complain of severe hair loss. Make sure to eat healthy and take supplements that include multivitamins. Also, take a high dose within the recommended range of biotin, this should greatly increase hair towel wrap growth.

9. Do not touch the scalp with dirty hands. You didn't expect to see this step, did you? The reality is that our hands are very dirty, and by touching our scalp, microbes, including fungi, are added around the hair follicles. Then wash your hands before scraping your head!

10. Regular haircut: Another great reason for a medically normal person to experience hair loss is because they do not cut their hair regularly. When a person has a bad hair condition, such as split ends, the hair follicle becomes very fragile and more likely to become tangled. The flanges are reconnected when touched by the fingers or by the hairbrush, so your hair is forced to tear.
